Usability Design / Analysis

Mint Condition Studios has more than ten years of Usability Architecture, Analysis, and Design experience. Audio Production and Podcasting

MCS has over ten years experience creating, hosting, editing, and producing internet and broadcast quality audio. In addition to producing several quality podcasts, MCS has consulted with customers to help them establish themselves as regular producers of video and audio content.

Website Redesign

The Scottish Harp Society of America came to MCS looking to redesign their internet site.  The old site was built on static HTML, was very hard to update, and made it difficult for users to find what they were looking for.  MCS worked with SHSA to design a new site, clean up the content, build, and deploy a new site that looks and works great.

DVD Series Addition:

MCS was asked to replicate the existing look and feel of a DVD series to seamlessly add another disc. By matching the existing video assets (graphics, menus, animations, etc.) the client was able to add the newly created DVD to the existing series and increase the timeliness and value of their product.

Photograph Preservation and Restoration

There are once in a life time photos that we all have. Mint Condition Studios can work with you to convert those aging prints to beautifully restored digital files.  In addition, we can recover even severe damage to those precious photos.

Our skills with digital photographic tools also enable us to subtly edit photos to adjust or remove elements that mar an otherwise perfect picture.

An example (for client confidentiality, we won’t share the image) was a wedding photograph of the bride and groom kissing. It was a lovely image that had a photographers tripod visible in the background.  Through the use of subtle manipulation, we were able to remove the tripod and reconstruct the background. The final print was then suitable for wall display.
